An indoor pool was filled in to create a huge family/recreation room, mudroom, and powder room. A separate lighting plan was prepared to ensure maximum flexibility for this multi-use
space.
The Solution
The new family room contains a pool table, two-sided fireplace with extra built-in storage, a home theatre, and an exercise zone.
The new mud room features a large closet, powder room and ceramic tile floor and is accessed from the garage and a new side entrance.
Patio doors in the exercise zone lead to the back yard. |
